How much does a lab cost?
We bill in increments of 15 minutes. It is $1.00 per minute of our time.
What can I ask about?
This is your time! You will set the agenda. You can have a list of questions to ask, or a specific training you need.
Are there any additional charges?
Initially you will pay for a chunk of time. If your time goes over, the staff member helping you will arrange for more time if you need it.

What if you can't answer my question?
We stay focused on how to do bookkeeping. We are fairly confident that we can help you out. However, in situations where we do not know, we charge only the initial 15 minute fee, and refund any difference.
Can you help me find an accountant?
Yes, we are happy to do this for you. We can establish what you are actually looking for and then match you to the accountant that we feel can help you.
Can you recommend a good accountant?
Yes, we have relationships with many accountants, depending on your needs, we can recommend a good one.
