With thirty years of business experience, most of that focused in senior management or supervisory positions, Lynn Webb has taken the next step in business – mentoring and training self employed people and up-and-coming business owners.

It’s so nice to see you here!

One of my favorite things to do as an entrepreneur is share what I’ve learned with friends like you. People who are just starting to pursue their dreams, or small business owners seeking to reach that much higher. Many small business owners, both in my circle and my community, rely on me for professional and accurate information, and I genuinely love to share!

My question to you is, how can I help you get where you want to be with your business?

I’m Lynn Webb, an entrepreneur, author, and educator with thirty years of business experience, most of that focused in senior management or supervisory positions. I’m a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB), I hold a Business Administration Diploma and I am a member of the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada, and a registered member with Canadian Payroll Association.

I freely admit that my personal capacity to learn everything I want to know is not as great as how much there is to learn. And if you’re like me, that works out nicely, because it means we can keep right on learning and growing, and so will our businesses!

I continue to keep my education current, while encouraging co-workers and my team members to do the same as part of their employment process. This has given me extensive experience with financial statements, business systems and procedures, franchising, technology, websites and software, change management, and a dedication to continuing education, all of which and more put my teaching skills in demand.

Pursuing a passion for teaching, I’ve taken the next step in business – mentoring and training up-and-coming business owners – including business topics to students at a local university. My students, friends and employees know me know me for my creative thinking and, most notably, the ability to apply skills, knowledge, and thought to creating powerful and dynamic solutions for any business. This is especially evident this company, and previous companies I have owned.

Prior to owning my own business, I worked in the transportation industry as Operations Manager for a world leader in freight forwarding and warehousing, and some of my clients were names you would recognize on the street and in the stores!  My resume showed my comprehensive knowledge of proven business applications, but more importantly, I was able to take that acquired experience and translate it into running my own successful business.

In 2007, I founded a successful bookkeeping & accounting service while single-handedly raising two beautiful daughters through to adulthood. Perseverance is perhaps the greatest strength a solopreneur can possess, and so many of us are spurred on by the desire to provide well for our children.  That company catered to small business clients by offering exceptional business service solutions with the goal of teaching and educating business owners about their bookkeeping. It grew to over 15 employees, and hundreds of clients.  My background with large corporate entities provides expertise in large markets, but my passion for small company support systems pushed it to its bounding success.

My skills with accounting and taxation knowledge, workshop presentation, advanced computer and internet applications, and project management and implementation transform into a formidable background of experience for advice and support, which I hope to share with you through coaching.
